War, not the expected peace arrived at the doorstep of Great Britain and France when they gave up Czechoslovakia to Hitler in 1938. War is happening right here at home and not in faraway Europe – the United States were harshly reminded about this at Pearl Harbor in 1942. War descended on Ukraine and thus is now much closer to Paris and Berlin, because Europe and the US haven't supported Georgia in 2008. War showed up in the homes of Dutch, British, French, German, Australian families because Europe and the US weren't courageous enough to lend a helping hand to Ukraine in 2014. It is impossible to run away from war and overwhelming aggression, it is impossible to buy yourself off. The war will catch up with you if you don't stand up to it with utmost determination.

October 21 – A massive explosion happened in Donetsk yesterday. National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine claims that the explosion happened as a result terrorists trying to produce explosives in Donetsk, – informed NSDC spokesman Andriy Lysenko.

October 21 – Russia is blocking OSCE's decision to restore control of Ukrainian-Russian border as provided by Minsk peace agreement.

October 21 – On October 22nd Russia's Federal Migration Service will start issuing foreign passports to the residents of occupied Crimea.

October 21 – President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed a law, which will make it possible to try Viktor Yanukovych. Court hearings will be held in absentia.

October 21 – President of the European Parliament Martin Schulz has announced the winner of the annual Sakharov Prize. Despite the expectations, civil pro-European movement Euromaidan hadn't won the prize, said Schulz during his press-conference. The prize, which distinguishes achievements for the development of democracy and rule of law, was awarded togynecologist Denis Mukwege from Democratic Republic of Congo.

October 21 – Ukraine, Russia and the EU have finalized the cost of natural gas for the winter period. It is planned that an interim agreement regarding gas supply will be signed on October 29th, – informed European Commissioner for Energy, EC Vice-President Günter Oettinger.

October 21 – In connection with the coming date of the extraordinary parliamentary elections in the ATO zone, the informational-psychological pressure on peaceful residents has increased. The goal of the provocateurs is to force the voters not to participate in the elections.

October 21 – DNR and LNR terrorists ceased the exchange of hostages – Spokesman for RNBO Information Center, Andriy Lysenko. The Ukrainian side, according to him, is trying to make contact with them in order to renew the exchange.

En 1938, lorsque la Grande-Bretagne et la France ont donné la Tchécoslovaquie à Hitler, ce n'est pas la paix, mais la guerre qui est venue frapper à leur porte. En 1942, lorsque les Etats-Unis pensaient que la guerre était loin en Europe, l'attaque sur Pearl Harbor leur a rappelé que la guerre se trouvait juste derrière la porte. En 2008, lorsque ni l'Europe ni l'Amérique n'ont soutenu la Géorgie, la guerre s'est rapproché de Paris et Berlin... en Ukraine. En 2014, lorsque ni l'Europe ni l'Amérique n'ont osé soutenir l'Ukraine, la guerre a frappé des familles hollandaises, britanniques, belges, allemandes, malaisiennes et australiennes. On ne peut ni se cacher ni se racheter face à la guerre et à l'agression sans bornes... elle frappera à votre porte à moins que vous n'y puissiez résister avec la plus grande détermination.

Le 21 octobre – "Hier, il y a eu une énorme explosion à Donetsk. Au sein du Conseil national de sécurité et de défense, on affirme que l'explosion était due aux tentatives des terroristes de fabriquer des explosifs." – déclaration du porte-parole du Conseil national de sécurité et défense, Andriy Lyssenko.

Le 21 octobre – La Russie bloque la décision de l'OSCE sur le rétablissement du contrôle et de la surveillance de la frontière russo-ukrainienne comme c'était prévu par les accords de Minsk.

Le 21 octobre – Le 22 octobre, le Service fédéral des migrations de Russie commencera à émettre des passeports russes aux habitants de la Crimée occupée.

Quando nel 1938 la Gran Bretagna e la Francia hanno ceduto la Cecoslovacchia a Hitler, hanno trovato la guerra, non la pace. Quando nel 1941 gli Stati Uniti credevano che la guerra fosse lontano, da qualche parte in Europa, Pearl Harbor ha ricordato loro che la guerra era in casa loro. Quando nel 2008 l'Europa e l'America non hanno sostenuto la Georgia, la guerra si è avvicinata più di prima a Parigi e Berlino – in Ucraina. Nel 2014 l'Europa e l'America non osano sostenere l'Ucraina e la guerra sta coinvolgendo le loro famiglie – olandesi, inglesi, belga, tedesche, australiane. Non si può fuggire da una guerra, da un'aggressione sfrenata; questa avanzerà ancora se non ci si oppone con la massima determinazione.

21 ottobre – Ieri c'è stata una massiccia esplosione a Donets'k. Nel Consiglio di Sicurezza e di Difesa Nazionale affermano che l'esplosione avvenuta a Donets'k sia dovuta al tentativo dei militanti di fabbricare un esplosivo, – ha comunicato il portavoce del Consiglio di Sicurezza e di Difesa Nazionale Andrii Lysenko.

21 ottobre – La Russia blocca la decisione dell'OSCE riguardante il ripristino del controllo sul confine ucraino-russo previsto dell'accordo di pace di Minsk.

Contrariamente alle aspettative, il movimento pubblico pro-europeo "EuroMaidan" ha perso la competizione per tale premio, – ha dichiarato Schulz nel corso di una conferenza stampa. Il prestigioso premio che segna i successi nell'ambito della tutela dei diritti umani, dello sviluppo della democrazia e della difesa della sovranità del diritto è stato attribuito al dottore ginecologo del Congo Denis Mukwege.

21 ottobre – Ucraina, Russia e UE si sono finalmente messi d'accordo sui prezzi del gas per il periodo invernale e il 29 ottobre deve essere sottoscritto un temporaneo accordo sulla fornitura del gas, – ha comunicato il Commissario europeo per l'Energia nonché vicepresidente della Commissione europea Gunther Oettinger.

Kad su 1938. Velika Britanija i Nemačka predale Čehoslovačku Hitleru, u njihovu kuću nije došao mir, već je došao rat. Kad su 1941. SAD mislile da je rat negde daleko u Evropi, Perl Harbor je podsetio da je on kod njih u kući. Kada 2008. Evropa i Amerika nisu podržale Gruziju, onda je rat prišao bliže Parizu i Berlinu – u Ukrajinu. Kada 2014. Evropa i Amerika nikako ne mogu da se usude da podrže Ukrajinu, rat je došao u njihove holandske, britanske, belgijske, nemačke, australijske porodice. Od rata i nezadržive agresije ne možeš da pobegneš, ne možeš da se otkupiš – oni će doći kod tebe, ako im se ne suprotstaviš sa svom mogućom odlučnošću.

21. oktobar. – Juče u Donjecku desila se eksplozija velikih razmera. U Savetu narodne bezbednosti i odbrane tvrde da se eksplozija u Donjecku desila zbog pokušaja terorista da proizvedu tamo eksploziv, − portparol SNBO Andrij Lisenko.

21. oktobar. – Rusija blokira odluku OEBS-a o ponovnom uspostavljanju kontrole nad ukrajinsko-ruskom granicom kao što je to predviđeno minskim dogovorom.

21. oktobar. – Federalna migraciona služba RF počeće 22. oktobra izdavanje svojih pasoša stanovnicima okupiranog Krima.

21. oktobar. – Predsednik Petro Porošenko potpisao je zakon koji će omogućiti da se održi suđenje Viktoru Janukoviču. Sudiće mu se u odsustvu.

21. oktobar. – 21. oktobra predsednik Evropskog parlamenta Martin Šulc proglasio je ovogodišnjeg dobitnika nagrade "Andrej Saharov". Uprkos očekivanjima, građanski proevropski pokret "Evromajdan" izgubio je u takmičenju za ovu nagradu, izjavio je Šulc na konferenciji za štampu. Prestižnu nagradu koja obeležava dostignuća po pitanju zaštite ljudskih prava, razvoja demokratije i borbe za vladu zakona, dobio je lekar-ginekolog iz Konga Denis Mukvege.

21. oktobar – Ukrajina, Rusija i EU definitivno su ugovorili vrednost gasa za zimski period i 29. oktobra treba da bude potpisan privremeni ugovor o snabdevanju gasom – evrokomesar po pitanjima energetike, vice-predsednik Evrokomisije Ginter Etinger.

Коли у 1938 році Велика Британія та Франція віддали Чехословаччину Гітлеру в їх дім прийшов не мир, а війна. Коли у 1941 році США гадали, що війна десь далеко в Європі, Перл Харбор нагадав, що вона у них вдома. Коли у 2008 році Європа та Америка не підтримали Грузію, то Війна прийшла ближче до Парижа та Берліна – в Україну. Коли у 2014 році Європа та Америка ніяк не можуть відважитися реально підтримати Україну, війна прийшла до їх нідерландських, британських, французьких, німецьких, австралійських сімей. Від війни та нестримної агресії не втечеш, не відкупишся – вона прийде до тебе, якщо їй не протиставитись з усією можливою рішучістю.

21 жовтня – Вчора у Донецьку стався масштабний вибух. У Раді нацбезпеки й оборони заявляють, що вибух в Донецьку стався через спробу бойовиків виробляти там вибухівку – речник РНБО Андрій Лисенко.

21 жовтня – Росія блокує рішення ОБСЄ щодо відновлення контролю українсько-російського кордону як це передбачено мінською мирною угодою.

21 жовтня – Федеральна міграційна служба РФ почне 22 жовтня видачу жителям окупованого Криму свої закордонні паспорти.

21 жовтня – Президент Петро Порошенко підписав закон, який дасть можливість провести суд над Віктором Януковичем. Суд відбуватиметься заочно.
