Taras Voznyak - Ukrainian political scientist, editor-in-chief and founder of Independent Cultural Journal “Ї”. Head of the Board of Directors of NGO International Centre for Cultural Initiatives, Co-founder and Head of the Board of Directors of Polish-Ukrainian Cooperation Foundation (PAUCI), Member of the Board of Directors of International Renaissance Foundation, Executive Director of the Ukrainian Center of International PEN-Club. He is the author of more than 400 publications in Ukrainian and foreign media.
